FAQ:
WHAT TIME SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY? - Between 10-3pm. Send us a note if you have a timing concern.
WHY AN INQUIRY FORM, RATHER THAN ORDERING ONLINE? - We accept ten deliveries on an average week, and will decline an inquiry if our schedule is full.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT AN INVOICE? - If not sooner, we will send your invoice on Tuesday before your delivery date.
WHY ONLY THURSDAYS? - We are primarily event florists, who enjoy delivering everyday arrangements on the side! We pick up flowers from the market each Wednesday, when they’re freshest; and events take up our weekends. So Thursday it is!
WHAT HAPPENS IF A RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME? - We recommend sending flowers to the office, if that’s where your recipient will be all day! We knock & leave all residential deliveries at the door, in the shade when possible. If the flowers sit outside, we cannot guarantee they will stay looking their best! SAD! Include the recipient’s number if you want us to text them upon delivery.
